| 摘 要： | 从信息系统的智能维度出发,研究组织信息系统的高级特性:系统集成能力、决策支持能力、告警能力对组织际关系治理的影响,以制造商和供应商间的联合行动来分析关系治理,并通过因子分析验证问卷设计的信度和效度,使用结构方程方法寻找出其中的重要因素。 |

| Abstract: | From intelligence view of IOS,the paper analyzes the intelligence characteristics of IOS,integration,decision support,and alertness,and measures relational governance as the joint action between manufacturer and supplier.Then it verifies reliability and validity of questionnaire by factor analysis and finds out the more important factors by structural equation modeling. |
