| 摘 要： | 科研兴校的本质内涵和本真价值是提高学校教学质量和育人水平。当前,中小学校长对科研兴校的认识及所采取的举措将直接影响甚至决定全校教师的教学科研行为。有鉴于此,学校校长应思考和研究教育教学中存在的问题,确定学校科研的核心课题,指导教职员工开展科研。科研兴校最行之有效的方法就是举全校教师之力,以有效教学为目标,开展学校的核心课题研究。
