| 摘 要： | 转型时期的非直接利益冲突与社会矛盾互构,表征着非对抗性的人民内部矛盾的新特点。由于社会的多元性和差异性,冲突参与者、执政者及社会公众的认识水平和行为逻辑并不一致,唯有立足于政治、经济和文化的国情,才能建构起合理的矛盾调处机制。
