| 摘 要： | 本文阐述了学生党建工作的现状和问题、要求和目标，从制度、运行、方式等三个层面探索了高校学生党建工作的新机制，通过创新工作机制，发挥了学生党支部的战斗堡垒作用和学生党员的先锋模范作用。
