| 摘 要： | 讨论了高校建设工程施工过程中的质量控制、工期控制和造价控制的意义、方法、途径。指出,将过程管理的思想渗透到高校的基建管理中,积极抓好质量、工期、造价的控制与管理,达到建设优质工程,缩短工期,节约资金,为高校发展服务的目的。
