信息管理与信息系统专业实践能力培养模式研究

目前，信息管理与信息系统专业就业率逐年下滑，其原因主要是信息管理与信息系笔专半等凿当紫实践能力不强。鉴于此，为了提高专业毕业生的就业竞争力，满足社会信息化和专业发展的要求，专业教聱令员必须加强专业实践能力培养的力度。本文在介绍专业实践能力培养目标的基础上，结合目前信息管理与信息系统专业教学培养模式中存在的问题，提出了构建信息管理与信息系统专业实践能力培养模式的有关对策。

Research on training pattern of the practical ability in major of information management and information system

At present, the employment rate of the major of information management and information system glides down year by year, the real reason is that the graduates practical ability in major of information management and information system are not strong. In view of this, in order to increase graduates competitive edge and satisfy the demand of the social information-based and the majors development, it is necessity of strengthening the major of practical abilitys training. The paper, on the base of introducing the goal of majors practical abilitys training ability, meanwhile according to the present question of the teaching pattern in major of information management and information system, puts forward some strategies of building the major of practical abilitys training pattern.
