| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and designs the technical capacity of employee nmnagement system based on MVC pattern, and focus on the design of system structure and the design of system pattern, then introduce the implementation of every modules. This system can help enterprises realize distributed network management of human resources through the network. The process of human resources management should be information, systematic and digitization. |
