| 摘 要： | 根据持续发展理论,针对绵阳市土地利用存在的问题,提出土地资源持续利用的途径和对策是:按照土地的适宜性和土地的开发潜力,调整用地结构,建立科学的土地利用分区模式;建立基本农田保护区;增加投入,对土地资源潜力进行综合开发;建立复合高效稳定的立体农业生态系统;运用级差地租优化城市土地配置,建立生态型城市;加强资源环境观念教育,完善土地法制建设.

| Abstract: | In this article, we use the theory of continued development to appraise the question of land resources in Miangyang City. The channels and countermeasure were put forward: to regulate structure of land utilization, to set up conservation areas of basic farmland, to practice synthetic development, to set up benefitest agroecosystem, to optimize equipment with land, to build land legalsystem. |
