文化艺术管理学课程教学探析

摘    要:《文化艺术管理学》是艺术类院校文化艺术管理类专业的专业必修课。它是为培养适应社会主义市场经济发展需要的应用型的、高层次的专业人才服务的。文化艺术管理学是管理学在文化艺术领域中的延伸。讲授这门课,要向学生完整介绍文化艺术管理的知识体系与研究方法,使学生系统掌握文化艺术管理学的基本原理和方法,学会在实践中有效地组织文化企业的经营活动,通过合理的组织和配置人、财、物等因素,提高文化企业经营管理水平。

On the Teaching of Management of Art and Culture
Abstract:Management of Art and Culture is a professional compulsory course for art college students whose majors relating with the management of art or culture.It aims to train practical and high-level professional talents meeting the needs of development of socialist market economy.Management of Culture and Art is an extension of Management in art and culture field.During this course,teachers will integrally introduce knowledge system and research method of art and culture management,which will,on the one hand,enable students to master its basic principle and method,and furtherly organize operating activities of cultural companies effectively in practice,on the other hand,get cultural companies to improve their operating and managing level and enhance their production capacity and core competence by assigning reasonably such resources as labor power,money and materials under current circumstances.
