心理干预对HIV感染产妇分娩结局的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对HIV感染产妇分娩结局的影响。方法:选出2009年1月1日至2011年12月31日在本院自然分娩的产妇142例为实验对象,分为健康对照组(n=33)、健康干预组(n=39)、艾滋病对照组(n=32)和艾滋病干预组(n=38)。心理干预组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理干预。对照组按临产妇常规护理法处理。分析各组抑郁程度、焦虑程度、出血量、产程时间、疼痛评分、满意度、并发症和新生儿窒息等八个指标的变化。结果:艾滋病干预组的抑郁程度、焦虑程度、疼痛评分、主观感受、满意度、出血量和产程时间等指标均明显优于对照组,两两比较均P<0.05。结论:心理干预对艾滋病感染产妇的分娩结局产生了积极的影响。

Effect of psychological intervention on birth outcomes in HIV-infected mothers

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention on birth outcomes in HIV-infected mothers.Methods A total of 142 natural childbirth mothers were selected in our hospital from January 1,2011 to December 31,2011.They were divided into healthy control group(n = 33),health intervention group(n = 39),AIDS control group(n = 32),and AIDS intervention group(n = 38);respectively.Psychological intervention groups received psychological nursing intervention on the basis of conventional care,and control groups received conventional care of the maternal.The severity of depression,anxiety,bleeding,labor duration,pain scores,satisfaction,complications,and neonatal asphyxia were analyzed.Results The severity of depression,anxiety,and pain scores were better in AIDS intervention group than in control group(P < 0.05 for all).The satisfaction was improved significantly(P < 0.05).The amount of bleeding and the labor time were significantly less in AIDS intervention group than in the control group.Conclusion There is a positive effect of psychological intervention on birth outcomes in HIV-infected pregnant women.
