我国水利类高等职业教育发展策略

2011年中央印发"一号文件"《关于加快水利改革发展的决定》,将水利摆在了新的战略高度,水利职业教育特别是高职教育将主要承担起提升水利系统干部职工队伍素质的历史使命。文章分析了水利类高等职业教育发展现状、存在困难及发展必要性,就当前形势下加快发展水利类高等职业教育提出了具体措施。

Higher Vocational Education Development Strategy in Water Conservancy

In 2011,after Central issued No1 Document on the decision to accelerate the reform and development of water conservancy,water conservancy was placed in the new strategic height,water vocational education in higher vocational education would be mainly responsible for the history mission that upgraded the quality of water conservancy system of cadres and workers.Development status quo,existing problems and development necessity of higher vocational education in the water conservancy were analyzesd in this paper,as for current situation,how to speed up the development of higher vocational education,some concrete measures were advanced.
