| 摘 要： | 介绍了一个基于地理信息系统(GIS)技术建立的系统设计方案,这个系统的设计是借助 GIS 技术所提供的预警分析功能来保障粮食安全,在紧急情况发生时,调动储备粮食去往目标地点.运粮车辆与指挥中心的通信是基于全球移动通信系统(GSM)技术来实现的,借助于全球定位系统(GPS),可以在电子地图上实时显示车辆的位置.

| Abstract: | a design based on GIS is introduced to guarantee food security by means of the early warning analysis given by GIS,when emergency situations occur,food will be transferred to target sites.The communication between vehicle transferring food and command center is realized by the technology of GSM,and with the GPS system,real-time position of vehicle will be shown on digital map. |
