当代中国农村教育绩效的制约因素分析

摘    要:当代中国农村教育绩效受诸多因素制约,主要表现在五个方面:一、政府部门教育行为的目标差异,更重要的是教育行为中经济趋利性;二、农村教育资源分配的状况欠佳,农村教育在整个国民分配体系中地位不高,对地方政府挤占、挪用教育经费缺乏刚性制约;三、农村教育发展条件处于劣势,西部尤其明显;四、农村教育功能发挥的水平不高;五、农村教育投入保障的水平较低。

Abstract:The achievements of the contemporary village education are restricted in five areas,they are: 1.the target difference and benefit taxis of the governmental education behavior.2.Not good in allocating village education resources and low position in the national allocating system.3.The very poor condition in developing village education and worse in the western area.4.Low level village education function.5.Low investment in village education.
