摘    要:高校课堂纪律的好坏,直接关系到教学效果的优劣,并影响学校声誉,影响社会。诸多案例表明,部分高校的课堂纪律存在比较严重的问题。其主要成因,包括一些学生对纪律本身和所学课程认识有误差、自我控制能力薄弱,部分教师工作责任心不强、课堂控制能力不足,学校纪律教育连续性不够,教学管理不完善,加上社会经济利益的驱动、信息工具的滥用和学校周边环境的影响。高校课堂纪律的维护,需要依靠教师站稳课堂、严格管教,学生坐稳课堂、共守秩序,管理部门统筹协调、齐抓共管、加强常规管理,还需要社会力量的配合。只有这样,才能构建和谐课堂。

Abstract:Whether the discipline of classroom teaching in a higher educational institution is good or not is directly related to the teaching results and has influence on the institutional reputation and the society.Many cases show that there are rather serious problems in some higher educational institutions.The basic reasons are that some students have clouded recognition of the disciplines and the courses and have weak self-controlling abilities,some teachers are not conscientious with failing ability to conduct the class,the continuity of discipline education in the institutions is not adequate and the teaching administration is far from perfect in addition to the lure of the social economic interest,abuses of information tools and influence of the environments.To keep the discipline of classroom teaching,it is necessary that the teachers should control the class steadily and strictly,the students should be absorbed in the classes and keep disciplines collectively,the administrative departments should make overall planning,coordinate and strengthen routine management jointly,and still, social forces should cooperate.Only in this way can the harmonious classroom he constructed.
