| 摘 要： | 司法从属于行政，这历来是中国古代政治制度的一大特色。汉代各级政府中均设有专门负责司法的掾吏．我们统称之为“狱吏”，他们是汉代司法系统的重要组成部分。汉王朝对这些狱吏十分重视．贵治狱之吏为汉代政治的一个重要特征。在汉代．这些“狱吏”不仅在司法运作中发挥着重要作用，还影响到社会生活、政治生活中的许多方面，对汉代社会产生了重要影响。

| Abstract: | It was an important characteristic that judicial system has always been belonging to the government. There were some warders in all governments who were charge the judicial, and they received an adequate attention. The warders played an great important role not only in judicial system but also in many respects of the society in Han Dynasty. |
