| Abstract: | The effective ways of improving collegial capacity and qualitywere discussed as well as the significance of experimental teaching in fostering and improving collegial capacity and quality. Also, some problems existing in experimental teaching were analyzed, the direction and some specific methods of the reform of experimental teaching were put forward. |
