| Abstract: | By researching the documents,we study the essence of sports brokerage and draw the conclusion that the essence sports brokerage are commission,mediation and agency. In order to guide the practice of sports brokerage and accelerate the development of it,we analyze the essence from the civil law on the basis of definition the essence of sports brokerage. |
