| Abstract: | The stability of institutions of higher learning is an essential part of social stability,and part of a harmonious society.To maintain the stability of colleges and universities in a harmonious society,we should build up a social incentive mechanism so as to realize the sustainable,rapid and sound development of the in- stitutions of higher education. |
