| 摘 要： | 对话是一种平等、开放、自由、民主、协调的交谈,是在相互信任、相互尊重的关系中进行合作的过程。编辑活动的本质是主体间基于交往的平等对话。要创新编辑工作必须通过建立编者、作者、读者之间平等的对话关系来实现。成功的对话,要求编辑不仅要具有广博的知识、深厚的文化底蕴以及丰富的阅历,更要善于构建对话机制、创设对话情境、选择对话话题、把握对话技巧。

| Abstract: | Dialogue is an equal,open,free,democratic and harmonious conversation.It is also a process of cooperation on the basis of mutual trust and respect.The essence of editing is a dialogue on the basis of the equal relationship between subjects.Innovative editing must be realized through the equal relationship of dialogue among editor,author and reader.A Successfwl dialogne requires edifors not only to have wide-ranged Knowledge,pvofound inside informafion of culture,it also requives them to construct a system of dialogne,create fopics of dialogne,and grasp skills of dialogue. |
