| 摘 要： | 政治权力的产生与存在,归根结底在于服从。政治权力的活力在于人们的自愿服从,而这种自愿的服从离不开道德的作用。政治权力与道德所具有的同源性、差异性和共生性表明,政治权力与道德是密不可分的,它们共同统一于人们自身的利益需要。重视政治权力与道德两者间的联系与相互作用,对于我们今天的政治体制改革无疑具有十分重要的历史价值和现实意义。

| Abstract: | Generally speaking,the generation and existence of political power consist in obedience.And the vitality of political power consists in people's voluntary obedience,which depends on the role of morality.That political power and morality have homology,difference and symbiosis shows that political power and morality are indispensable.They are all united to meet the needs of people's interests.It is necessary for us to pay more attention to the role and relationship between political power and morality.And it is also very significanct in history and reality for our political system reform. |
