简析我国妇女权益保障法

本文在肯定我国妇女权益保障立法取得进步的同时，又指出了其中所存在的缺陷，主要是法律规范不统一、执法主体不明确、权益内容界定过窄、重权利设定而轻程序保护、违法责任不明确等方面存在的不足，探讨了解决这些问题的必要性和办法。

Analyzing Women Rights Guarantees Law in China

This text is sure that women rights' lawmaking is progressing in China, and it points out some shortcomings of it. Primarily those shortcoming are: disunity of law norm; enforcing the law is not clear and definite; the definitions of rights contents is narrow ,they emphasize on rights and neglecte procedure protection of law. And it is a shortage that the responsibility for breaking the law is not clear and definite .It is necessary that we should try our best to solve these problems.
