| 摘 要： | 文章就国家新闻出版署1998年颁布的《图书出版编辑工作规程》提出了两个修改意见：一是加强诚信意识，一是加强版权意识。而加强这两个意识是随着社会的发展对出版编辑工作提出的新要求。
