| Abstract: | As an excellent stateswoman of the land lord class in feudal society, WU Ze-tian realized the theory profoundly that"Gain the talent , gain the world." She valued talent and used the sagacious persons. Not only did she select many talented ministers and famous generals for then royal court , but also reserve numbers of outstanding talent for the era of Kaiyuan. Until now , the queen's ideology on personnel is still valuable to us. |
