| 摘 要： | 随着西部大开发的不断深入开展,西部欠发达地区不少地方政府把招商引资作为加快当地经济发展的主要推动力,在有效推进地方经济迅猛发展的同时,也导致一些不容忽视的问题出现,对招商引资地区法制环境建设的关注引起了越来越多投资者的高度重视.针对当前西部欠发达地区招商引资法制环境建设滞后的实际情况,应从进一步增强法制观念、规范执法行为、健全配套法规、强化监督机制、严格法律责任等方面完善西部欠发达地区招商引资的法制环境建设.
