钢加氧氮化的组织和性能

摘    要:本文阐述了钢在氧和氨混合气氛中处理后能获得与一般气体软氮化后类似的组织特性,即化合层内不含F2N的脆性相,因而也和其他软氮化一样氮化层不会出现脆性。但其性能比酒精和氨气软氮化有进一步的提高,例如耐磨性提高2倍。化合层深度加深l倍,疲劳性能也有所改善,而层内有更小的硬度梯度。

Abstract:This paper indicates that the steel can obtain specific properties by being treated in the mixture of oxygen and ammonia analogous to those in normal gas. The combination no longer contains britlleness mettelograph of Fe2N, therefore in the nitrogen-treatment layer britlleness doesn't appear to be the same as that with other soft-nitrogen treatment. But its properties are improved by comparing with soft-nitrogen treatment in ammonia and alcohol. For example, the wear-ability increases twice, the thickness of the combination will double itself, and the fatigue properties will be improved while there is smaller hardness gradient in the layer.
