| Abstract: | Being spirit support of national existence and development, the national spirit has been an important criterion of weighing integrated national power. In new century, the developing and cultivating the national spirit should be regarded as a systematic project and the whole society should participate in it, besides, we should abide by the unification of history and era, as well as nationality and internationalism. |
