| 摘 要： | 《诗经》中有不少远古不文明婚俗的反映:以女方为支配的赘婚,以男子为中心的媵妾婚,前者造成了《诗经》时代独特的弃夫现象,后者更造成了当时大量存在的弃妇现象;此外,还有兄弟共妻制、多夫多妻制、收继制等婚姻形式。所有这些都是远古蒙昧、野蛮时代留下来的群婚与对偶婚的遗迹。以此可见,《诗经》时代是一个婚姻状况混乱、婚恋比较自由的特殊时代。

| Abstract: | The uncivilized marriages in ancient times are reflected in Book of Songs, for example, matrilocal marriage under woman" s domination and man - centered concubine marriage. The former caused unique abandonment of husbands, whereas the latter caused abandonment of wives which was very common in ancient China. The other kinds of marriages can also be found in Book of Songs such as fraternal polyandry and polygamy. Those were all traces of commual marriage and promiscuous marriage in the uncivilized and savage age, It follows that marriage chaos existed in the times of Book of Songs. In other words, marriage and Love were comparatively free in the special times. |
