电子商务对现代企业管理的影响

摘    要:本文分析了以信息技术为基础的电子商务时代对现代企业管理的影响。通过分析,认为上述影响主要体现在两个方面:首先是各种先进技术尤其是IT的运用使得现代企业的运作和管理手段变得强有力和丰富;其次是电子商务使得企业思想发生了巨大的变革,这主要体现在以顾客需求为导向的运作模式的出现和供应链管理的广泛应用上。最后对若干有待深入研究的问题进行了展望。

lnfluence of E-commerce on Modern Enterprise Management
Abstract:: In this paper, we analyze that electronic commerce based on information technology has influence on modern enterprise management. The analysis shows that the influence mentioned above mainly lies in two aspects: One is that the way of operation and management of modem enterprises become more powerful and diversified because of the use of advanced technologies, especially information technology. The other is that electronic commerce leads to the huge transformation of enterprise management thoughts, which is mainly embodied in the appearance of customer-demand-oriented operation model and the wide application of supply chain management. At last we prospect some issues, which need to be studied further.
