| 摘 要： | 教师的“无字书”在影响学生成人、成才方面起着不可忽视的作用。文章在界定教师的“无字书”的内涵和特征的基础上,探讨了教师的“无字书”在蕴育学生生命世界中的作用及丰富教师的“无字书”的内容,提出了提升教师的“无字书”质量的对策。

| Abstract: | It puts an unexpected role for teachers′ "unwritten book"to facilitate students′ being and much learning.In this article,the author defines the term and characters of teachers′ "unwritten book",then probes the effect of teachers′ "unwritten book" on moistening students′ life,and finally gives some suggestions to enrich the content and improve the quality of teachers′ "unwritten book". |
