| 摘 要： | 沿海地区是我国信息产业最为发达的地区,其信息产业规模超过全行业的90%。其信息产业取得的成绩主要归因于雄厚的经济实力、优越的地理位置和良好的政策。但是要进一步发展,还需要在资金支持、人才配备、结构调整、体制创新等方面取得突破。

| Abstract: | The information industry in coastal areas develops most rapidly in China.Its scale surpasses 90% of the whole industry.Its success is attributed to the following conditions:tremendous economic strength,superior geographical position and favorable policies.However,to achieve further development,it is necessary to make a breakthrough in capital support,talent providing,structure reengineering and system innovation. |
