丝路中道旅游产业带景区系统开发的分形研究

摘    要:丝路中道旅游产业带开发是优化新疆旅游景区系统空间结构、解决"旅长游短"问题的关键,文章运用分形理论测度样本景点的随机聚集维数和关联维数,评估核心带动地区喀什旅游圈景区系统结构的紧致度和均衡度水平。分维数据显示:以喀什市为中心的旅游圈方圆240km范围内景点系统呈多嵌套分形结构;方圆170km范围内样本景点呈随机聚集态分布,景点布局基本均衡但聚集分布的密度偏低。该结果表明需要着力优化喀什旅游圈的景点布局:①增加A级景区数量,适度提高喀什市核心旅游圈景点分布密度;②加快开发新的中心性景区,即选点打造喀什地区第一个国家5A级景区,构建双中心结构大旅游圈,从分形结构特征看泽普县金胡杨国家森林公园为比较适宜的区位点。从全产业带上看,对阿克苏和巴州等地区布局若干5A级景区创建点位,形成分布均衡、结构紧致的多层级中心地空间体系结构。

Abstract:Traffic improvements and the popularization of cars overturn traditional tourism spatial concepts and the development of tourism industry belts is raising new research questions. Derived from the industrial zone concept, the tourism industry has special rules such as the system is the basic element of the tourism industry area and the tourism industry belt can be a city area, rural area and a natural ecological zone. According to fractal theory, the tourism industry belt is the natural landscape and social economic activities space fractal, this fractal is natural and economic common space optimization results. The silk middle road travel industry development is a challenging new topic as nearly 2 000km of oasis zone has a typical island effect. Using the random gathered dimension and the calculation of correlation dimension of the Kashi system compactness and distribution balance evaluation analysis, we found that Kashi city is the center of the tourism circle within a 240km radius of attractions in a nested fractal structure. Within a 170km radius of sample spots to Kashi is normally distributed random aggregation. The scenic spot layout is basically balanced but the aggregated distribution is low density. Therefore, we need to optimize the tourism circle attractions distribution by (1) increasing the number of a-level scenic areas and the density of scenic cities, (2) optimize the scenic structure of Kashi as the tourist center of the ring, and (3) create a more attractive tourism center such as Zepu national forest park. Across the whole industry area, Aksu and Bazhou area layout creation point number 5 a-level scenic spots, and form a more balanced distribution and compact structure hierarchy architecture space center.
