班杜拉自我效能理论在现代职业教育中的应用

摘    要:美国著名心理学家班杜拉提出的自我效能感是人类行为的重要控制因素。自我效能感在影响职业院校学生成长的诸因素中是一个不可忽视的重要心理因素,它对学生的成长和发展成为职业人有着重要的预测作用。职业院校应采取有效的方式培养学生的自我效能感,培养学生的职业意识和职业能力,帮助学生成长为合格的职业人。

Abstract:Self-efficacy proposed by Albert Bandura is an important factor controlling human behavior.Among factors affecting the growth of vocational students,Self-efficacy is an important psychological factor that cannot be ignored,which has important predicting functions for students' growth and development into vocational persons.Vocational colleges should take effective measures to develop students' self-efficiency,cultivate their vocational awareness and competence to help them grow into qualified professionals.
