| 摘 要： | 非婚生子女的法律地位是现代社会的一个十分重要的问题。它不仅是人类进化与发展过程中自然选择规律的基本要求，也符合社会规范两性关系的基本宗旨，同时还可以强化人们在生育问题上的责任感，减少非婚生子女的出生率，有利于家庭和社会的稳定。
