| Abstract: | This article suggests that the checklist for evaluation of electronic journal on network contains eleven elements: authority, completeness, suitability, reference and research valuation, currency, readability, usability, search function, license agreement, existing collection of the subject, and other aspects where they are available based on the studies of foreign scholars. |
