| 摘 要： | 主要使用某省级远程高等教育办学机构的数据,实证研究了该远程高等教育办学机构的成本效益问题。研究结果表明：远程高等教育固定资产、管理费用和人力资本的投入与在校生数量具有相关性;要实现远程高等教育的规模经济必须考虑固定资产、管理费用和人力资本的影响因素;在一定范围内,远程高等教育可以实现规模效益;固定资产投入具有滞后性,最高投入一般会在最大的在校生数量的后面出现。
