| 摘 要： | 党的十六届五中全会和“十一五”规划,提出和部署了我国现代化进程中建设社会主义新农村的重大历史任务,这是落实科学发展观,解决我国城乡经济社会发展不协调问题和从根本上解决“三农”问题的重大战略决策。我们只有以科学的态度和创新的精神深刻认识这一重大战略,才能扎实地推进社会主义新农村建设的各项工作。

| Abstract: | The Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC and the Eleventh Five-year Plan have assigned the great task to build socialist new countryside,which is a strategic policy to implement the scientific development concept,deal with the problem of the unbalance between the city and the countryside,and solve the "three agricultural problems" fundamentally.Only with a scientific attitude and innovative spirit to the strategy can we carry out smoothly the task of building a new countryside. |
