校企合作培养应用型人才新模式探究

针对现有校企合作模式、定位模糊、教学主导性不突出、企业短期行为、缺乏长远合作机制等问题进行了分析。以我校实施以学校优势学科为结合点,以竞赛模式开展校企合作的竞赛模式进行了介绍,在此合作模式中学校与政府、企业权责利关系清晰,校企合作效益明确,学校在合作过程中主导性强,并能有效促进学校优势学科的建设与发展,是一种值得推广和借鉴的合作模式。
