| 摘 要： | 开发学生的个人潜能,提高学生的创新能力是目前本科教学改革的方向。而开放实验室是提高实验教学质量、培养创新人才的有效途径。本文结合自身的教学实践活动,对近2年护理实验室开放后存在的问题进行了初步探讨,并对暴露出来的几个突出问题采取调整学生上课时间与课程内容、全方位开放实验室、引入信息管理系统、鼓励学生自主参与实验管理等措施来保证开放的正常运行。一方面培养了学生理论联系实际、分析问题与解决问题的能力及自我管理能力;另一方面也提高了实验室和实验仪器设备的利用率。

| Abstract: | The direction for undergraduate teaching reform is to develop the students' individual potentialities and to improve the students' innovative abilities.Open lab is an efficient way to improve the quality of experimental teaching and to cultivate innovative talents.Based on our teaching practice,this paper carried out a preliminary discussion on the existing problems of the open nursing laboratory,and proposed the corresponding measures and suggestions to ensure the working order of the open lab. |
