摘    要:工程实践教学与普通理论教学和实验教学,存在较大的差异,主要表现在理论和实验教学基本上是教师作为单独个体按照教学计划自行组织管理教学活动,而工程实践教学活动一般是集体活动。如何科学界定实践教学工作量并据此进行劳酬分配,一直是各高校的工程训练教学单位争议较多的事情。本文就如何改革实践教学激励机制以提高员工工作积极性这一课题,进行了探讨。
