| Abstract: | This paper starts with the research in how to make use of current environment and technology and introduce information technology to incentive mechanism for human resources management of college teachers. Proposes a design of application strategies of information technology in the incentive mechanism to compensate for the inadequacy of current mechanisms and improve the construction and implementation to achieve better results, which is expected to advance further reform and development of colleges. |
