摘    要:北部湾经济区具有基础性能源与加工类人才需求量增大;高素质、职业化的企业经营管理人才严重不足;研发与设计,高技能与外向型人才十分缺乏;现有人才具有整体素质不够高、结构不合理等特点。因此,要建立适应北部湾经济发展需要的人才评价新体系,要从战略高度思考职称工作的重要性,构建更加宽阔的职称工作平台,不断完善职称工作的各项机制,从而推进职称工作的现代化与规范化。

Abstract:In Beibu Guff Economic Area, talents of basic energy and processing industry are in hot demand; high quality professional talents of business management in enterprise are seriously inadequate; highly-skilled, foreign-oriented talents are in very short supply; the existing talents' overall quality is low and structure of talents irrational. In light of the above situations, the article proposes that the new talent ap- praisal system in line with Beibu Gulf economic development should be established, that the professional titles work should be taken into cosideration from the strategic perspective, that a wider platform for professional titles work be established, and that the various mechanisms for professional titles work be perfected with the view to pushing forward the modernization and standardization of professional titles work.
