高等教育大众化背景下的新型师生关系

阐述了我国高等教育大众化背景下师生关系的现状及存在的问题，分析了建立良好师生关系的必要性及对教学质量的影响，提出了如何构建和谐师生关系的措施，指出要建立良好的师生关系必须深刻理解师生关系含义，要重视在教学过程中平等师生关系，并充分利用学科优势建立共同交流机会，不断提高教师的自身素质，从而公平公正地对学生进行教育评价。

On New-typed Relations between Teachers and Students under the Back ground of Higher Education Popularization

The status quo of the relations between teachers and Students under the background of higher education popularization in China and the existing problems are clarified. The influence of establishing good teacher-student relationship to the teaching quality and its necessity are analyzed as well as the measures are put forward. It is pointed out that, in order to establish good teacher-student relationship, the significance of relations between them should be understood deeply, the equality between them in the teaching process also should be emphasized, the advantages of subjects to establish common exchange opportunities should be made full use and the qualities ot teachers should be improved continuously to educate and evaluate students fairly and equitably.
