管制·管理·服务——“入世”背景下高职学生管理理念的思考

摘    要:文章运用德国哲学家马丁.布伯的“我—你”关系理论对当前我国高职院校当中的学生管理问题进行了考察,认为管理当中存在着管制、管理和服务三个不同的层次,分别对应“我—它”、“我—你”和“你—我”三种不同的管理理念。管理理念由管制到服务的转变是我国加入WTO以及教育市场化改革影响的结果,管理观念转变之后必须将服务和育人结合起来。

Abstract:This article using the German philosopher Martin Buber's relation theory "I-Thou" to review the vocational academy's management problems in our country nowadays,realizing management contains control,administer and serve these three different levels,separately corresponds "I-It","I-Thou","You-I" three different management concepts.The management transform(form control to serve) is the result of entry into the WTO and the influence of education market reform.After the change of the management concept,we must unify the serve and the nurture.
