| Abstract: | Strengthening college and university teachers′ rank construction has important strategic meanings. On the problems existed in college and university teachers′ rank construction in our country, the paper puts forward the thoughts and approaches constructing high quality teachers rank in optimizing the whole construction, optimizing able person environment, strengthening echelon constructions and trainings of leaders in their chosen fields of learning, amplifying training strengths, establishing good running systems, improving practically teachers treatments etc. |
