| Abstract: | Matter may refer to the concrete material formation, the material world and the objective reality when it is regarded as a specific concept, a collective concept and a general concept respectively. Distinguishing among these three concepts has its signifinance to the distinction between dialectical materialism, idealism and old materialism, and to the critism of agnoticism. |
