| 摘 要： | 发展我国 民办幼儿教育有其法律依据和重大意义。在市场经济和教育产业化运作背景下，适度均衡发展民办幼儿教育是符合我国国情的，我国民办幼儿教育在其发展过程中还存在一些尚待解决的问题，需要我们理清思路，采取有效的对策。
