| 摘 要： | 模拟法庭是我国目前法学教学中广泛采用的一种教学方法，有助于培养学生的实践操作能力。通过模拟法庭的演练，促使学生对知识进行查漏补缺，融会贯通各科知识；同时培养学生的法律人正义感等，从而较为全面地强化学生的基本技能和素质。
