提高师专毕业生教师职业道德水平的对策

师专毕业生教师职业道德状况总体上是好的他们能认识到教师职业的崇高性;教师之间团结协作;关心尊重学生;业务上精益求精.但也有问题与不足选择职业的心态存在不良倾向;对中小学教师职业道德规范缺乏足够的了解和认识;教师与学生家长沟通不够等.因此,建议加强对师专毕业生多渠道多方式进行教师职业道德教育;注重师专生在校学习期间的教师职业道德教育;进行社会职业选择与评价的教育;实施岗前培训.

On How to Enhance Teacher's Professional Ethics of the Graduates from Teachers Colleges

In general,the condition of teacher's professional ethics of the graduates from teachers colleges is satisfying:they are aware of the loftiness of teacher profession;there exist unity and cooperation among teachers; they care about and respect their students;they constantly strive for perfection in their work.However,some problems should not be ignored:there are harmful trends in career choice psychograph;they are not familiar with the professional code of ethics for primary and middle school teachers nor do they fully understand it;their communication with students' parents is not sufficient,etc.Therefore,this paper suggests that professional ethics education for graduates from teachers colleges through many sided channels be strengthened,professional ethics education for teachers college students be stressed,education on career choice and evaluation be carried out and pre job training be enforced.
