| Abstract: | The paper presents Ningbo University's core concept of "Helping the Health Become More Healthy", and its three-tier network system of professionals, student-specific workers, and students community mental consulting center. Based on such tiered mechanism, the departments involved have carried out four characteristic tasks concerned. |
