| 摘 要： | 士兵个人职业发展教育是面向士兵退役后的个人素质和再就业的教育。美国历来非常重视对士兵的个人职业发展教育,制定了完善的法律和制度来保障士兵学习回归社会后所需的文化知识,以培养它们进入社会的个人素质和从业能力;考察美国通过法律和制度来确保士兵个人职业发展教育的做法,对于如何提高我国士兵转入社会后的个人能力与从业能力有重要的现实借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The soldiers' personal vocation-development education aims at improving soldiers' personal quality,ability of obtaining employment. The U.S.takes soldiers' vocation-development education seriously,and formulates perfect laws and institutions to guarantee soldiers getting knowledge,ability,which they need after leaving military service.Through studying these laws and institutions,it is very useful for our country to heighten soldiers' vocational ability after soldiers reentering the society. |
